Appointments

Initial Meeting

The first appointment is focused on assessment and scheduled for up to 90 minutes. It is an opportunity to get to know each other, to assess and formulate what is going on for you and to decide together what therapeutic pathway is going to be most suitable for your current situation.

Follow up

These are 55 minute appointments. During these sessions we work with you to process your difficulties, enhance self-awareness, and develop skills which encourage positive change. We monitor your progress, guided by your goals and values to ensure that we are moving forward.
